Tragic hotel, we booked a deluxe room, it's dirty and untidy, there are no bathrobes, there's no big mirror, it's impossible to contact the reception, the jacuzzi is ridiculous, the TV remotes don't work, the carpet is terrible, it's scary to even touch it, not worth that kind of money
