This fine brasserie is located in the center of Drachten. I had a delicious mustard soup with salmon there. Then artisanal brown bread with smoked beef rib-eye. Plus a delicious cup of tea. A completely new taste. The staff was super friendly and did everything they could to make me happy. A very nice place!
