Beautiful place, but very disappointing food. The potato was raw, the bread was bland, and the salad had ingredients that should have been cooked but weren’t.

They don't serve you on the table. Prepare to wait long on the line. Why not use a QR code on the tables, at least? Fries were definitely from many hours before. Our soup was cold. Brownie was too sweet, and the nachos came straight from a supermarket sac with almost no topping. See the pictures. Coffee was good, though.

After a biking trip I met a friend at the grand cafe next to the Groeneveld castle in Baarn. Kind of semi self service system. Good coffee, nice lunch options, including vegan and vegetarian. The cakes looked good, too, but I had enough …
