Very friendly and accommodating place. Menu doesn’t have pasta but there is interesting selection of panini’s and wraps. Prices compare to Amsterdam, and the location is right across a busy road from the train and bus station, but the green surroundings give a nice shade of it all.

Close to the station a relaxing haven while you wait for your train. They have nice tea and coffe. If you like they also sell delicious cocktails. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is inviting to go with a book and read. They also have space outside for when the sun is shining.

Came to Maarsen to check out my daughter’s housing while she’ll be studying at Utrecht University. Had lunch and was impressed by the quality of the food and the friendly and helpful waiter. Sandwiches were on delicious baguettes and the salad was accompanied by warm brown bread. Delicious black coffee. Highly recommend.
