The service was excellent! We are a group of vegetarians. The chef, Patricia, was very accommodating and suggested a custom dish for us. It was absolutely delicious. The carrot cake that we had for dessert was moist and flavorful. The setting by the harbor added to the ambiance. We highly recommend Kabem Todos when in Horta.

Great food. The octopus was a little overcooked for my taste, but the steak with fries was absolutely perfect! Unfortunately, the service was utterly horrible and nonexistent. And there were only three tables to attend to.
