The pork ribs are fork tender which paired perfectly with rice. What’s genius about it is that the ribs & chestnuts are finished off on the plate in the oven to produce the caramelized jus. The oxtails seemed ridiculously tasty too but was not on the menu at the time. Oh well, I am very content with the ribs. Bravo!
