Slow cooked, tasty food. You have to make an appointment beforehand, otherwise the restaurant may not be able to serve you. There isn't a fixed menu, it changes everyday. The staff isn't the kindest, but they accommodate all our requests for extra ingredients (mayonnaise, pickles, cinnamon, and so on).
