The sink was full of cockroaches and the tables were littered with dead flies and mosquitoes. And the owner sat peacefully smoking in the entrance... Disgraceful.

Filthy, the sink full of cockroaches with their legs up, the tables littered with dead bugs, and the guy sitting in the doorway with his feet in the air and his flip-flops next to him. Disgraceful. Our innocent children go and order this filthy food. It pains me so much.
