Awful service. I've been waiting 11 weeks for online banking credentials. Each time I ring to chase up i'm told a message has been sent to the branch and team but still no action. Calls, emails and FB messages go unanswered. Third world banking service, avoid! If i could rate zero stars i would.

The worst!!! They blocked our account without any notice because they were missing documents that they never asked for and now we have to pay interest for our landlord, they never answer the phone. I strongly DO NOT recommend this branch or the bank!
