The entire staff needs to be retrained. This has got to be most chaotic, ineptly ran BK I have ever been to. Go to the drive through and hour ago and I am still here. Mind you they are not short staffed just grotesquely undertrained. Do better franchise owner!

Trash everywhere no one clean nothing drinks self service machine all dirty and broken. Kitchen looks nightmare you can see dirt everywhere. Im surprised healt and safety didn't close that yet. Soon new virus will be created there whit that lack of higiene
