Small and tranquil restaurant in the heart of hervas. Very classy decoration. About 8 tables, the restaurant serves modern spanish food. I loved the risotto and the ham above all. I was slightly disappointed with the fillet mignon as it was too salty for my taste. But dont get me wrong the food was fantastic as was the service.

This restaurant is a great choice. I'm celiac, and you can eat quite a few things. They give you an appetizer before you start and at the end of your meal. Quality food, you can taste it in every bite. The waitress is very friendly. Thank you for making such delicious, gluten-free dishes.
