The food was good and the restaurant serves local products that produces on a local farm. There were some gluten free dishes including desserts, although it wasnt always easy to figure out the menu. The restaurants design is very nice and fits the vibe of the small towns in Cantambria

If you are visiting Fuente De, this artisanal restaurant serves local Cantabrian dishes which are exceptional in taste, quality and with truly fantastic service. Our server recommended an amazing red wine from Murcia to go with our steak. Be sure to call ahead and make a reservation. We ate dinner at 9pm and it was so much fun.
