A disappointing experience. The treatment I received left much to be desired. From the very beginning, the service was unprofessional, and when a minor incident arose, instead of helping, the staff's reaction was completely out of place. It's not the kind of place I would return to or recommend.

I don't understand how you can be so mean. Insulting a customer for asking for napkins! If I asked for a coffee, what would you make me? I won't be back, that's for sure.
