We had to leave after 25 minutes without being served. I tried to tell the bar so they would bring us our coffees, and they told me they would serve us by table. New people arrived and they served them but not us, until we had to leave. P.S.: It's a bar with 6 tables. They didn't serve us because they didn't feel like it.

If it were an Irish bar, I'd give it a ten, but since it isn't, I can't understand how a bar on the waterfront can serve warm beer. I wouldn't go back even for free.
