Not a real surprise because all the opinions define very well what we found: comfortable rooms and bathroom, excellent homemade breakfast and warm welcoming hosts. Easy parking nearby. Ormaiztegui is less than 30 minutes from San Sebastián and 45 minutes from Vitoria. The Goierri region is ideal for walking trails.
