Disgraceful. They delivered the pizza literally two hours after we ordered it. They'd told us it would be ready in 40-45 minutes, with three children waiting for dinner. They claimed problems with the oven... which they never informed us about. The pizza was delivered now, at midnight; a great time for dinner. As I said, disgraceful.
