We were charged 18 euros for 1 small beer and a standard plate of Jamón. It was decent but the bill left a bad taste in our mouth! Just drive on into Portugal or Cortegana.

A stop in Rosal to recharge our batteries, and we found the guesthouse. There's no daily menu, but the dishes are reasonably priced and well-cooked. The service was prompt and friendly. Oh! And if you're a fan of "El Barrio," you've come to the right place.

The food is not bad. The treatment of the girl, very correct. The deal that appears to be the owner, not so much. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. Remains and smell of tobacco, rust in the bathtub, loose faucet, loose toilet bowl, fair cleaning, cigarette on the closet shelf... never to return.
