Typical bar in the Elipa neighborhood. Small but cozy and very clean. Affordable menus, but the specialty is "rice with lobster" and "rice with red shrimp and Iberian ham." Delicious and flavorful. A large amount of rice makes for a good meal. Good prices. Alberto's service is impeccable.
