More than an hour and a half waiting, everything arrives cold, they haven't brought what was ordered, and although we didn't order chicken kebab, they bring it in and it comes with feathers, I repeat, chicken with FEATHERS

The delivery man himself was embarrassed. We ordered three meals and they only brought three durums. After admitting that it was a mistake on their part, he told me I'd have to wait more than half an hour for the rest. This was very rude, for the last time.
