I'm here again today, staying nearby. The menu del dia is excellent . I love the staff attention, the wine is great and everything is fresh. Sitting outside and hearing the river below is very pleasant ☺️

The service and food were simply outstanding! Sol was very kind and service oriented. Dinner was very reasonably priced, delicious home cooking and generous portions. Great wine too. We highly recommend Méndez Hostal Restaurante.

Had a perfect stay and meal. Room was clean and quiet, with a great view over the river. Reception was very friendly and dinner was just perfect, from service to quality of ingredients and execution. Only comment is the bath in the room is odd & somewhat dangerous-would be good to put a warning so no one hurts themself
