A good vermouth bar, in fact, the only one in Colmenar. Dishes are usually ordered individually, except for some sharing portions. A very pleasant place, recommended for couples or friends. I'll leave some photos of the dishes. Their desserts are delicious.

We were there last time for the opening and it was great, but they must have changed the menu and everything is super expensive! 4 euros for a shot of vermouth, 9 euros for a glass, or 10 euros for a cocktail. The food was expensive but good, but we were left hungry.

Fine food. They offer preserves, beer, and vermouth. The Iberian pork and eggplant tataki is delicious. The Manchego cheese and mint croquettes are an explosion of flavor, and the mango salmorejo is incredible. Don't miss this vermouth bar; it's a place to eat, drink, and be happy. Highly recommended :)
