We had lunch yesterday with the family. The menu included: some delicious "volandeiras," tuna loin salad with pepper sauce, and pork cheeks in their own sauce, just like my mother used to make. Everything was homemade, very reasonably priced, and it reminded me of flavors from yesteryear. I'll definitely be back.
