Really delicious food. You get to try many different types of smoked and cured fish in their tasting menu. Definitely worth the drive to the little hamlet of Benirrama just to eat at this place. 2 of us were pescatarians, so they kindly substituted the steak tartare for a fish tartare.

One of the best and most friendly little restaurants in the valencian coastal mountain region. Very good quality/price ratio. the cuisine is putting local produce in an international perspective without loosing the charm of being seated in a little mountain village. A lot of love and care here!
