He succeeded the former owner, Jesús Cristóbal, who sadly passed away. His bar brought together many Soria residents from the diaspora. The new manager distinguishes between customers and colleagues, serving them better and more generous tapas. Discrimination is unacceptable, hence the only 2 stars. Tap vermouth €2.40.
