Currently, meals are not served. It only operates as a bar on weekends and holidays. Dinners were served during the four-day festivities in August, and by request. The gentleman who said the roast was dry certainly came to the wrong place, because roast meat hasn't been served at Casa Florencia since my mother retired several years ago.
