The tigrillo was great and the colonche AMAZING - make sure you're really hungry before you arrive, portions are big. Wash it all down with their amazing coconut lemonade.

This place is in a quiet area near or in El Vergel. It has coastal foods like bolons and tigrillos. I had a tigrillo with carne and an egg, and my wife had a calatadito, which is rice mixed with eggs, bacon and cheese. Everything was very tasty.

The food here is fantastic. I had the majado montubio and it was one of the best Ecuadorian dishes I’ve had in my two years here. The coffee wasn’t great, but the food more than made up for it. Will be coming back!
