Speechless, it was a pleasure to have been there. I went with a real craving for lechona (suckling pig) and it was incredible, definitely the best in Valencia. The Paisa flag was delicious, as was the belly button. The service was 10/10, always attentive to see if we wanted anything or were missing anything. I recommend it.
