Ok bar, but clearly for locals, not tourists.

We went to have a snack in this establishment, asked to show the menu, which was refused, we wanted to have at least something to eat, we were sent away, saying there is nothing! If you are in the mood to eat, this is clearly not the place for you, keep that in mind!
