This restaurant brings Galicia to Badajoz. Each dish is perfectly curated, and the service is worthy of a six-star rating. As a tip, if you're looking for a quiet evening, ask for a table upstairs, as there's a lot of traffic between service and other diners downstairs. I'll definitely return.
