This well known by locals place is one of my favorite places here, it's small and cozy the food is excellent and the service incredible done by one of the nicest, funniest person I've met in Merida. I believe he's name is Jose but you can't miss him.

Great food , and amazing service. We chose the table next to the Temple of Diana & they didn’t show any dismay though it’s quite far from the kitchen.

The rabo torro was inedible. It was mostly bones, the tuna steak was almost rare and simply bland. Without the bread and the samorejo way to little to be full. Had to eat something elswere afterwards. Nevertheless the salmorejo was good and the view on the temple was great
