Nine of us arrived at 10 p.m. and had to leave at 11:30 p.m. without dinner. Very slow, poorly organized, rude, poor quality, expensive. It's a shame that such a beautiful place as the spa is left to such a person. We won't be back until the management changes.

A disaster. I called a week in advance to make a reservation. Since there were only two of us more than one, I called to rectify the situation and was told no problem. However, I went in person the day before to confirm the reservation, and they said no problem again. Good Friday.
