Those were the "cafes con leche" that seemed to have been cut without the waitress acknowledging the error. The smoke vent leads to the terrace, leaving a very unpleasant stench of fried food. And to top it all off, there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. They're littered. They leave the town's name in a very bad light.
