Historic restaurant right at Chinchón's main square. The food is traditional and of exceptional quality. We had the lamb, which was succulent and delicious. The fried spring garlic a must as well. Even the desserts are great, especially the cheesecake. Not cheap, but worth it.

An amazing restaurant. Ate with a view of the plaza mayor. We had secreto ibérico - fabulous and oxtail stew - marvelous. Beautifully decorated building. Brimming with history and character. Kind staff. Flexible service for locals and tourists.
