This afternoon I enjoyed several delicious tapas at "El Refugio." Along with a draft beer, two glasses of wine, and a cup of coffee, it came to less than €20. And, importantly, the service was friendly. I'm giving the atmosphere a 4* rating because there weren't many other guests. It's a shame they're closed tomorrow .
