Very well-cooked roast chickens. The best thing to do is order one of their pre-made menus. Any dish is delicious, and all at a good price. They also have desserts and other prepared meals. They've expanded their takeout menus.

After several decades of being a regular customer whenever I pass through Sotillo, I've decided to stop eating their products: chickens that are less and less juicy, fries that look good but have fallen flat by the time they come to eat, half-cooked or refried... Goodbye, and good luck.
