Well... after a week in Valencia this is the standout restaurant by far. Flavours were amazing . Service by Gabriella was attentive but in no way intrusive and each plate and drink we ordered were delicious and felt authentic. If you want to challenge your tastebuds, this is the place. Absolutely fantastic.

I absolutely love the food here. Everything was prepared with details. My favorite dish was the cuttlefish with pesto. The València grilled beef was tender and perfect. It was a meal to remember.
