We've been loyal customers for years and have always been very satisfied – the younger gentleman who usually serves is particularly friendly, and the ice cream is also really good. Our last visit was all the more disappointing: When we politely asked for a lid afterward, the older gentleman behind the counter spoke to us in a rude and condescending manner. We were truly shocked by the tone and the way we were treated. It's a real shame – it really tarnished our otherwise positive impression.

The place is a cozy gelateria. The two flavors we chose in cups were delicious. They weren't overly sweet, so we found them quite enjoyable. While we were there, English football was being broadcast. Inside, we were able to watch a good game while enjoying our ice cream.
