Restaurant Vista Mar im Parkresort Rheinfelden : Roberstenstrasse 31, 4310 Rheinfelden

If we hadn't purchased the pleasure break package with a fitness plate, we would have left again. We entered the place around 11:30 a.m. when it was only moderately busy. We would have liked to sit at the window front; However, some tables were already reserved there and only one was still free - so not reserved. Before we could sit down, a waitress hurriedly came up to us and cut us off by telling us that this table was also reserved and that she had to sort it out now. Friendliness looks different – a “Hello”, “Grüezi” or other warm greeting was completely missing. Too bad. We swallowed our displeasure and looked for another place. At least the food was positive: grilled chicken breast with various fresh and crunchy salads, herb butter, bread and a large glass of mineral water. The location itself makes an overall cozy impression and offers various other food options. For us personally, however, it was the first and last visit, because after a relaxing wellness time we would like to avoid such experiences.

The food was exceptionally delicious! Yesterday I had a large plate of king prawns and bruschetta with pesto; my mouth is still watering. We ordered, ate, and paid within 45 minutes. The friendly service and the team's good mood were a positive factor :) We'd be happy to go again!

The Vista Mar restaurant is one of our regular stops and we are always satisfied. Even on busy days, the service remains friendly and attentive, which we really appreciate. The menu is large enough to offer a good selection without seeming overwhelming. We can particularly recommend the “25 Years Burger”, which simply impresses in terms of taste. All in all, Vista Mar is always worth a visit and we would be happy to come back.
