Interesting Swiss restaurant with selection of meat dishes (mainly beef) and some vegy options. They also have deserts. Interior is cozy and traditional, with seperate rooms that will bring back nostalgy of eating in old cabins.

We were served coffee, even though they we're officially on lunch break. After that we were given a tour of the ground including the old Mill, which is still working today. The restaurant is an insider tip, because they do not advertise anywhere. They get by well enough, with word of mouth propaganda. Most of the herbs they use during cooking are grown in their own garden. Since the restaurant is built within an old farm house, their kitchen is very small: they only have one stove with for hot plates. This can lead to longer waiting times, because all their menus are cooked à la minute. Aside from three small rooms with dining tables, they have reworked their old cow stables to house up to 55 people. They also have a garden to sit and eat as well as a Fumoir with a selection of fine cigars. The owner of the restaurant used a total of over twenty thousand wine corks to decorate the floor of the wine cellar with the logo of the restaurant and images of wine grapes.
