The ambience is wonderful, the team is friendly, the food and wines are delicious—eating here is a blast! The food is excellent, and the wines are just right. Chef Sebastian even personally explains all the courses and drinks. The highlight is the wine tasting in the castle's wine cellar between courses. If you're in the area, you've got to book a table here. It's pretty rare to experience something like this, and everything just fits!

The restaurant is surrounded by history at Fredriksten Fortress. A great place to eat, but you have to book a stable before you arrive. They have a set menu, where you can select 3, 5 or 7 courses with a wine or non alcoholic menu. The service isv excelent and they have a nice atmosphere.
