An evening like you'd wish for. Everything was simply top-top-top. From the unbeatable service by Mrs. Imhof, to the weather, the table in the garden, and the absolutely fantastic food. Even "special requests" were never a problem. The absolute highlight was the question of whether the kitchen should cook something for our dog. We thought it was a joke at first...but it was only for the kitchen, which conjured up something delicious for our dog with love and passion. Bailey licked it three times in response...hahaha...really amazing. If anyone wants to know how 100% top-class gastronomy works, how you can be successful with unusual dishes and still be socially committed, this is exactly the right place. The Schmitte restaurant impressed me across the board. From the beautiful building on the outside, the cozy atmosphere inside, the friendly and very dedicated staff, and the finest food. I would gladly return anytime. The price is also totally fair.
