A beautiful and special hotel where we felt warmly welcomed from the very first second! The food was fantastic, the location very idyllic, but what we remember most is the hospitality we experienced at the Adler Berlingen. It's rare to find such warmth in such a unique and professional manner. The aperitif was delicious – and a wonderful surprise! Thank you so much again! We're already looking forward to our next visit soon!

An absolutely fantastic restaurant that I've visited twice since it reopened – and I've been thrilled every time! The highlight is definitely the hot stone. The service is warm, attentive, and always cheerful. You feel welcome and well looked after. This restaurant has already become one of my favorites, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. We spontaneously decided on the Adler restaurant as we were passing through, even though it was a bit inconspicuous from the outside. As someone unfamiliar with the area, we didn't immediately see the restaurant's own parking spaces, but were pointed out by the landlady. Once you enter the restaurant, you feel both warmly welcome and comfortable. The ambience - on the one hand rustic with exposed beams, on the other hand modern with the dark furniture, the skilfully used lights and only a few but targeted decorations - contributed its part. The hostess loves what she does, no question. We quickly get into conversation, we experience the interest that the guest leaves the Adler with a positive feeling throughout the evening and are served lovingly, friendly and, above all, very attentively. The menu offers a pleasant selection. The hearts of meat lovers in particular will beat faster. Our meal was the starter - we had never before been offered the opportunity to have a second helping of the salad! - the main course with hot stone and stroganoff in a pan to the final dessert are simply delicious and of very good quality. Lovingly prepared by the chef. We wish the young host couple continued good times. If we end up in the Lake Constance region again... there is also a room to rent... we will definitely plan a trip to the Adler again. And would be happy to recommend it to others.
