Restaurant Kurhaus GmbH : Kurhaus 1, 6143 Ohmstal

Today was the first and certainly not the last time we visited. The restaurant was very busy for good reason. We made a reservation, which we didn't regret. The service is quick, competent and attentive. The dishes we ordered came at good intervals and were very hot. The beef fillet was tender, the vegetables had a great bite and the croquettes were perfect. The burnt cream tasted very good and was delicious. See you next time

Nice view, nice staff and the dessert, fried ice cream with strawberries, was very tasty. As a vegetarian, the cuisine is a bit too meat-heavy for me, as I appreciate a good selection of vegetarian suggestions, but that is criticized at a high level 😊👍 The whole interior design is exciting and totally suits the surroundings and the landlady! I found it really charming and would love to come back. The only thing I can clearly criticize is the outdated playground.

We were at the Kurhaus on a Sunday in November, we had already made a reservation in advance, you should do it on Sundays too. Parking: there is enough parking space and it was also nice and clean. Surroundings: very nicely decorated, it has lots of banners (I like them very much) in the "front garden" it was beautifully decorated for Christmas and it had a beautiful Christmas village and a nativity scene. Kurhaus: decorated for Christmas on the outside and the lights are switched on from 5 p.m. The atmosphere in the Kurhaus is very pleasant, the conditions are all very friendly. We were in the Chällerstübli and it was pleasantly warm. The entire spa house is beautifully decorated and has a country house style throughout, even the toilets (they look like an outhouse). The food was simply delicious, whether it was a starter, main course or dessert. The portions are appropriately large. What's particularly great is that it has a play area for children inside and a playground outside. The children already had coloring mats and pencils at the table. Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. A very child-friendly restaurant.
