Decent hotel, very typical German. Good single room with standard horrible German pillows. Very good shower. Good breakfast included. Enjoyable evening meal also. Update: I went back a few weeks later and the lady at reception had seen my original review and offered me a small memory foam pillow. Nice touch, thanks.

Lovely dog friendly hotel. The room was lovely and clean, except for the balcony which was a shame considering we booked a suite. A coffee machine or kettle in the room would have been nice too. The 3 course evening meal was absolutely delicious and the service was very attentive and polite. Highly recommend!! The only disappointing aspect was the breakfast. The waitress told us that we couldn't sit in the main restaurant because there were no set tables, although other guests were sat there. We explained that we just wanted somewhere quiet for our dog but we had to sit in a side room with lots of families and young children running around. Not usually a problem but not very relaxing. Good quality breakfast but limited choice.

We stayed recently for five nights and can thoroughly recommend the hotel. Our breakfast each morning was a highlight with very friendly attention from Margot and from.Õzge.Our Room 10 was roomy and comfortable.We came to hear the Gabler organ in the Basilica over Easter.
