A very charming little trattoria with a magnificent view over the Val Bedretto. Fine drinks and delicious regional Ticino platters await you. If you would like a hot meal, you must pre-order it. It will then be freshly prepared and you can enjoy it on the beautiful terrace. The Trattoria Esterina is definitely worth a visit. It is closed on Tuesdays.

Very genuine atmosphere, very affable and friendly hostess. We ate simple but refined and very good food. I recommend a stop if you go to the Bedretto valley.

We came here with a group of nine for lunch after touring the Bedretto tunnel. The food was delicious on the sunny terrace. Groups should book in advance, as the trattoria is a one-woman operation and not necessarily prepared for a sudden onslaught of crowds.
