Pizzeria restaurant with large rooms and good food. Fair prices. Fast service but staff a little lacking in number.

Passing by, we decided to stop for pizza at the Leventina restaurant in Bodio, located on the main road to Biasca. Friends recommended it to us for its good pizza, but for a first-timer, it didn't make a good impression. We arrived without a reservation, and were immediately assigned a table. We sat down and ordered a Margherita pizza and a Parmigiana pizza. Another couple arrived after us, and to our surprise, after waiting 30 minutes for our pizzas, they were served first. I looked at the waiter, and he realized something was wrong and told us he'd have our pizzas prepared right away. Our order was practically lost, and the wait went up to 40 minutes. I found the staff friendly, but unprofessional, and showed zero customer service. I think there were too many waiters, and the organization was really poor, with poor and slow service. The pizzas, on the other hand, were very good, with crispy dough and huge portions, and average prices. We asked for the bill several times until we finally managed to pay , which in my opinion is another negative. I recommend it perhaps for a good takeout pizza, but we definitely won't be returning—a real shame. 4 stars for the pizza and 2 stars for the service!
