Had a lovely meal at Grotto Ca’Nostra — the flammkuchen was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly baked, and the fresh salad on the side was simple but so refreshing. Every time I come, its delicious and the view is beautiful, just what you’d hope for in a grotto setting.

One Saturday, the 2nd of the month, we spontaneously had dinner at 8 p.m. Lots of people! We were kindly informed on the phone that it would last until about 8:30 p.m., but that we were welcome to have a drink at the in-house bar. The redcurrant spritz is so beautifully decorated - and if you like that kind of thing: it's really delicious! The food: beef fillet in a pan with porcini mushrooms, cooked exactly to the desired point and - the waiter often checked - and even then explicitly (and looked "inside the fillet") whether it was done right. The porcini mushroom risotto was an absolute dream, just like you would want in a grotto. With the stoneware plate, the risotto was still really hot after 10 minutes. ...and the zabaione - if you love it, you MUST have it as a dessert!
My Opinion
Everything was perfect, located on hilltop overlooking the lake, the grotto's ambience was very romantic with the summery jasmine flowers, the host and staffs were friendly, the food we have ordered were superb!!
