It’s difficult to write an opinion on the quality of this restaurant, there is so much to say… Very refined dishes, seasonal cuisine only with exclusively local products. Great, very great professionalism, both by Mr., in the kitchen and by Madam, in the service. The menu evolves with the seasons and is very regularly modified/adapted to fresh products available on the market. A jewel, no more, no less!
