Gasthof Sonne : Hauptstrasse 20, 4557 Horriwil

We went to eat some seasonal dish called Wild. First we could choose the starter. I took Kürbiscreme soup it was very delicious. For the main dish we had some cerf slices and deer which veggie varieties.. like marroni, chestnuts, cabbage, Spätzli and brussels sprout. It was very very delicious. I had first time Wild dish and it was super. Highly recommended!

English see below The inn is somewhat rural but not far from Zuchwil. There is a large car park with free parking. There is also a wallbox for 2 cars from Move. The room was big enough, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was equally cozy and a table was reserved for dinner. There is a small menu for hotel guests or you can eat à la carte. The food was extremely tasty. And as already mentioned here several times, the staff are very friendly and attentive. Sensational cuisine. Everything is right down to the last detail. Nothing out of a can! Everything home-cooked. Highly recommended. No wonder it's always fully booked. I take my hat off to the chef and the excellent service. We'll be back.
