Hotel is straight out of 70s, seems like nothing has been touched, but it’s clean and nicely up kept. Staff is very polite & nice. The sight is simply wonderful! We might be back.

Retro modern hotel, squint your eyes and it might not be out of place in 70s Vegas. Liked · I like the retro modern feel of this hotel. My room felt like a small suite that wouldn’t be out of place in 70s Vegas. Great views over the lake from both my room and the dining area which served a fine breakfast. It was very dog friendly too which is very appreciated. Disliked · Parking is not the most convenient if you have a lot of baggage as there are a lot of steps from the parking below. You may be able to unload by the door if you use the lane to the back above the hotel.

We (family, 3) stayed for two nights, in a spacious bright room with a balcony in front of it, with a spectacular panoramic view over Lugano lake and Lugano city. The room and the bathroom were very clean but the furnishings of both of them were ‘a bit’ dated, but still functional and somewhat comfortable. In my opinion, totally okay and in line with a three-star hotel. The breakfast was decent and perfectly reasonable for a three-star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant experience for us with some splendid views worth remembering.
